I'm a General Partner at [Theory Ventures](https://theoryvc.com), a venture capital firm I founded to invest in AI-first software companies. We back founders who use data and automation to build durable, capital-efficient businesses.

Before Theory, I spent nine years as a partner at [Redpoint Ventures](https://redpoint.com), where I invested in early-stage SaaS and infrastructure companies. Earlier, I was a product manager on Google's AdWords team, where I helped launch products that scaled to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. I started my career at Appian, a business process management company that later went public.

I write this blog daily. It's data-driven analysis of AI, SaaS metrics, go-to-market strategy, and the venture capital market. Every claim is sourced to primary documents, SEC filings, and original research. The goal is simple : give founders and investors quantitative benchmarks they can use to make better decisions.
